The name is derived from the initials of five family members who shaped the values behind the firm: Sali, Mathai, Binu, Bindu, and Thomas.
At the center of this was Sali — the mother of the family.
While her role was within the home, her contribution reflected a deeper principle: the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities, priorities, and individuals — not through control, but through alignment

Thomas Mathew
Thomas Mathew brings over a decade of experience across industrial business development, project coordination, sourcing, and execution environments within engineering, oil & gas, power, and infrastructure sectors.
His journey began at a fabrication workshop level, followed by roles in project coordination, sourcing, and business development across industrial and project-driven environments.
This progression provided exposure across the full lifecycle — from ground-level operations to client acquisition and commercial execution.
Across these roles, one pattern became clear:
